I can’t say for sure if this site scam or not but I will tell you my experience and my thoughts about all of this. Yes, I know some people who managed to find wives on online dating platforms but they spent A LOT OF MONEY, this is true. What I came across on this website, ladies wrote to me a lot, I was puzzled and my mailbox was full of letters, I didn’t have time to check their profiles and to decide if I want to communicate.
